BlackBerry Pearl 8130 page problem?

Recently I had the phone and mentioned my first blackberry phone. I have Verizon and me Like the Verizon default theme that came with it, since I'm not the confused look of all applications on the main screen. My question is, is it possible to customize applications in the home screen of my choice of 5 applications, instead of the phone set to (ie the phone setup wizard is always the first option on the website and obviously do not need this anymore.) If yes, what are the steps to change to my liking.
