Should I get phone or Blackberry Playbook tablet?

I have about $ 500 in extra cash to spend to make a gift to myself. I use the Android phone currently somekind. But I want to experience a blackberry. I do not bother me not having two phones, one for my work and for occasional use Android, and there are many applications that I use for fun & entertainment. I'm deciding weather to get a Blackberry phone (9700 or call) vs. near Playbook Tablet PC. What would be the right decision? Lol I just want to have at least one product for BlackBerry is a Netbook Tablet PC to complement my running XP? PS. No Iphone please
